Your Story

Your anxiety maybe excessive and hard to control. You are worrying about various aspects of life, feeling on edge, easily fatigued, finding it difficult to concentrate or blanking. You may be feeling irritable, tense, and having sleep disturbances.

Anxiety can also be about social situations, as fear of being humiliated. 

There are also many types of phobias, such as :

Agorophobia: fear of being in open spaces, using public transportation, being in enclosed spaces, being in crowd.

Separation Anxiety: fear of loosing loved ones or separation from attached figures;

Selective Mutism: inability to speak in social situation.

Anxiety symptoms can impair many aspects of life.

But anxiety is treatable.
