Integrative Holistic Relational
Welcome to my practice, where I employ a tailored integrative approach designed specifically for you.
Integral psychotherapy takes into consideration all aspects of the self, including social, emotional, and systemic impacts. I draw from different approaches to best suit the individual’s needs.
I recognize that relationships are vital to the healing process, and our therapy will reflect your social environment. Together, we will forge a powerful collaborative partnership that drives your growth and success. A holistic, integrative vision of the human experience considers the mind, body, soul, and emotions, as well as the systemic impact of society, culture, family, and internal family systems. Therapy is an invitation to integrate fragmented parts toward wholeness.
Systemic Approach
You are part of an interconnected system (family, work place, culture, societal expectations, etc). I invite you to explore the connections within your life and relationships, and how they influence your well-being. Trauma is carried through generations, you maybe carrying the burden passed down to you from past generations, perpetuating cycles of suffering. It is time to stop and change. Together, we can uncover patterns and create meaningful change. Join me on this journey of healing and transformation.

Transpersonal and Psychodynamic
Practicing spirituality and transpersonal work, to me, means understanding the human experience as more than a biological adventure—it is a multidimensional, expansive journey. It requires openness to the unknown, to experiences that are inexplicable, to moments that transcend consciousness and touch the soul. It is the acceptance that some things can only heal with the beat of a drum, with ritual, in nature, or with ancestral support. In my therapy space, all possibilities for healing human suffering are welcome, expanding individual experience into a greater wholeness.
