Integrative Holistic Relational

Welcome to my practice, where I offer a tailored, integrative approach designed specifically for you. Integral psychotherapy considers all aspects of the self, including emotional, relational, social, and systemic influences. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to best meet your individual needs.

I recognize that relationships are central to the healing process. Together, we will explore your relationships with others, with yourself, and within the therapeutic relationship itself, with attention to the present moment. Our work is grounded in collaboration, creating a meaningful partnership that supports growth and change.

This holistic approach honors the full human experience—mind, body, emotions, and soul—while also attending to the impact of family, culture, society, and internal family systems. Therapy becomes an invitation to integrate fragmented parts of the self and move toward greater wholeness

Ancestral Systemic Approach

You are part of an interconnected system shaped by family, relationships, culture, and societal expectations. These influences affect your emotional well-being, nervous system, and sense of safety.

Trauma can be personal or intergenerational, and you may be carrying patterns that once helped you cope but no longer serve you. In trauma-informed therapy, we move at your pace to gently explore these patterns, build awareness, and support healing.

Together, we work to create meaningful change, restore balance, and break cycles of distress.

Transpersonal and Psychodynamic

Transpersonal and psychodynamic therapy understand the human experience as far more than a purely behavioral process. Healing encompasses emotional, relational, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of life. We will honor experiences that extend beyond ordinary states of consciousness: moments of insight, intuition, symbolism, spiritual awakening, and connection to something greater than the self. This approach invites openness to the unknown and respects that some forms of healing cannot be accessed through words alone. For some, healing emerges through ritual, nature, somatic experiences, creative expression, ancestral wisdom, or spiritual practices. In my therapy space, all culturally respectful and ethically grounded pathways to healing are welcomed, allowing clients to move toward a greater sense of wholeness and integration.

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on how early life experiences, attachment patterns, and unconscious processes shape the way we relate to ourselves and others today. Childhood experiences create internal “maps” that guide our emotions, beliefs, and behaviors, often outside of conscious awareness. While these patterns once served a purpose, they can lead to repetitive cycles of pain, conflict, or self-limitation in adulthood.

Through our work together, we bring these patterns into awareness and compassionately explore their origins. This process allows for the development of new internal maps, increased choice, and greater emotional freedom, so you are are no longer unconsciously repeating the past, but actively shaping the present and future.
